100% I'd recommend Jamie at aFORDable roofing. His quote was competitive, thorough with a clear break- down of expenses. He answered my queries in detail prior to taking on the job. His attention to detail,patience and regular updates were very much appreciated. He's dependable and takes pride in his work .He and Jake have worked hard to complete the job on time. The house is asymmetrical with poor access ,so not an easy job to do. Trustworthy and always polite and amenable Jamie informed neighbours along the way also . I'd recommend aFORDable roofing to all without reservation.

Jamie made a great job of replacing the valley on our garage roof, a very professional job with attention to detail, resulted in a thorough and tidy repair. Jamie also kept me in touch with each step of the procedure. It was also noted that Jamie doesn`t like full cream milk in his tea. Ray Barrington.

We are very happy with the work Jamie and his apprentice did. He obviously takes great pride in his work and is a stickler for detail and doing things right, and is also polite and professional. Jamie took loads of photos at the quote stage and after the job had been completed which was very helpful. The roof has survived strong winds and heavy rain since he fixed it, so all good!

We would have no hesitation in using Jamie again and would recommend him to anyone. From the minute he came to review the job, his attention to detail was obvious. He explained fully what was needed and even took photographs to show us the problems. The quotation arrived promptly, was fully itemised and very competitive. Understandably, by the nature of the job, the weather plays an important role and Jamie was in constant contact with us to arrange a suitable start date. Throughout the job, Jamie was very respectful to both us and our neighbours, and always cleaned up fully at the end of each day. Jamie is very hard working and a real perfectionist. Our job was not the easiest due the construction of our home but he dealt with this admirably, using his expertise and vast experience. We are delighted with the end result and have total confidence in the work carried out. This weekend has seen some horrendous weather and before the work was done, we would have a steady leak. Not any more, everywhere is totally dry and secure. A fantastic job.

Jamie was very responsive and geared up to complete our job. His quote was clear and comparable to other builders and I just felt Jamie’s can do attitude gave us confidence that he would see the job through to a successful conclusion - which he did. Whilst carrying out the works he discovered something that needed dealing with, again he was clear about what it was taking photographs and providing a cost to cover the additional works. Jamie and his colleague have done an excellent job repairing our extension’s roof as well as re-rendering the back of our house and replacing the weather boards. I would certainly recommend his company to others requiring this type of work. The price was affordable and the quality of the finish was done to a high standard. Jamie showed good knowledge of his trade and provided us with specialist advice when asked. Thank you!
