I've used Acorn Damp Proofing a couple of times now. Always great communication and price. The job is always performed efficiently and professionally. Highly recommend.

The plasterer who completed your job works to a very high standard and I have never received any negative feedback about his work. Sorry you do not feel satisfied, however this is the first and only time this has been brought to my attention and the job was completed 18 months ago. We advised you at the time not to have your old skirting boards re fitted as they wouldn’t look good against a newly plastered wall, we offered to replace them with brand new ones. You asked us specifically to put your old skirting boards back on so I’m a bit unsure why you wish to complain at this late stage. The rubbish and waste from the job was all put in the mini skip provided. Thanks, Steve

Have been back 5 times in the year since done as small patches keep coming through. Answers texts a week later if at all and workers always late. Paid good money and not happy.Answer from tradesperson:
We can only work to the existing walls and unfortunately it is quite common in older properties to find the walls aren’t always straight and even. Sorry we had to return to rectify the problems you encountered but as we explained a lot of what you were experiencing was a condensation issue due to lack of ventilation as you were not willing to have an extractor fan fitted in the kitchen.
