Andrew came and investigated the problem and was totally honest and straightforward in his diagnosis. I didn't have damp after all, rather a condensation problem. Andrew advised on how to correct the problem. Would use him in the future should the need arise.

Having not long moved into an older property have had a few bits of building work done recently. This is the first builder out of 3 that I have been totally happy with both his work and price. So much so just passed on his details and recommended him to couple of friends. He not only identified why we were having a damp issue in our conservatory but rectified it at a reasonable cost, unlike 2 previous builders. He turned up when he said he would. Communication was easy and I had no worries about leaving him on his own in my house. There were no last minute add ons to the price and his work was top quality. Would definately use him again as good quality builders who quote a fair price I've found are few and far between.

I actually removed the wardrobes, but had Andrew plaster over the walls behind. He did a good job at a reasonable price.
