Good afternoon Rajumat Unfortunately there has been a miscommunication/ understanding of the job description provided to yourself. I stated clearly in the invoice and email all the materials I planned on using and what I will be doing. I also stated if you had any questions, queries or if I had missed anything to please let me know so I could amend it to your satisfaction to which you replied no that's everything when can you do the job. So ahead we went with the job to exactly what was agreed within the email. Once I had completed the job and you had realised it wasn't exactly what you wanted you were extremely abrupt , to which I did not appreciate. After your unsatisfactory of the job I had given you the choice to have it amended to how you would like with a extra cost as i would of needed more materials. We had then come to an agreement that you would pay the outstanding balance of the original planned job, recieving the payment was a difficulty and the money was paid alot later than agreed . Because of this I decided not to continue working for you and would advice any other tradesman to do the same. All the best and goodluck in the future .
