It was waste of money hiring this person, He did not do what he had quoted, in his quote he supposed to water tightness test but he lied and never performed a water test. I was away from property so could only rely on his words! LAter on my tenant informed me he did not do water tightness test. Roof he repaired leaked next day, and despite him being paid(BACS) straightaway he asked more money to come back and fix his job which he supposed to perform it right in the first instance. I purchased material myself this time and he supposed to apply suitable leak proof tape on the joints. I purchased material myself and shipped it to the house but the way he laid the tapes made them detach easily. I was in the house just yesterday and roof still leaking. Initially it was only from one location but since he tried to repair, now leak spread to other locations. All my money wasted with Ben at ABC Solution. I don't recommend him as I found him not a reliable and responsible trade person!

although the fence was erected satisfactorily as part of the job h contracted to cut the paving slabs in a straight line from adog leg he cut r/h side fairly straight but on the left hand side instead of cutting in a straight line he has veered out in a sort of half moon shape,by doing so he has ruined the look of my newly laid slabs which were very expensive.I have phoned and left a voicemail and also emailed him but he has ignored both.He has carried out other small jobs for me in the past but he obviously lacked the skill required to cit slabs in an even line.I feel he should not have takken my job on because he has ruined my newly laid expensive slabs.

Nice and polite, quick and speedy in getting quote/invoice and getting work done. When snagging issues came about, no communication, no replies, when communication did come, no follow through, just being palmed off. Nice fella, very polite and courteous, very obliging, and if there’s no snagging you’ll be happy. If snagging, you’ll be chasing your tail. Real shame in the end as the work has not lasted and needs re-doing. Bad call on my part to hire.

Excellent job done by Ben and his team, friendly polite and hard working. Ben listened to what I wanted and delivered the goods. He and his team worked very hard, finished the job quickly and took away all the rubbish and cleaned up thoroughly. Would definitely hire ABC solutions again.

Ben who came out was great, knowledgable, he came out on a Saturday. He sorted one problem which another company had missed but I was frustrated that he was not interested in dealing with the other problem which is a leak at bottom of my conservatory. He did try to find me new parts for the conservatory but my conservatory is old so he then told me to put sealant down the seal on top of my conservatory which I don’t really want to be climbing about on. This is the problem people don’t want to deal with small problems!

Ben contacted me and gave me a quote within a day after my post. He discussed everything with me and kept me informed throughout the job. The price was reasonable and he completed the job in less than 2 days, fence and decking.I would highly recommend him. He did a great job and didn't mind my dog helping 😊
