It's the first time I have used Lucas but I have stored his number for future and won't be using anyone else. Very professional and knowledgeable. Even showed us how to set our boiler to help save money. Cannot fault his work ethic or his customer service. Thank you.

Excellent Service from Lucas, arrived when he said he would on time and completed the job as promised. Even came back to ensure the pressure was up as far as it was possible for my tenant. Would recommend them and certainly use them again

More importantly he turned up when he said, was actually early, very professional, cheerful, competent, explained things well and a pleasure to do business with. Would highly recommend to others. After many plumbers being unable to diagnose my problem or even turn up, Lucas turned up, on time, to both quote my job and to fix the problem and communicated with me along the way. The price was very fair and I noticed the small things such as him taking off his shoes in my house, not many trade people do this and although I wouldn't of minded, it demonstrated his professionalism. After going above and beyond for us and leaving us with toasty warm radiators and no mess, I have saved his number in my phone as he will be the first person I call should I have any problems in the future! I don't wright reviews but I had to on this occasion because Lucus and his family member who just carried out a boiler change at my property disserve a 100% quality review.apsulutly perfect job done lads thanks (happy wife happy life)lol,deffinatly would use this family run business again and highly recommend them to anyone having work done.no messing about job done in quality time and very nice people all round.i forgot that their is still hard working and good natured people out their who take pride in what they do and have good manners like these did.thanks again.

Lucas was brilliant, contacted me within minutes, arranged appointment and arrived promptly. I would highly recommend Lucas, everything was perfect and as agreed. Really sociable and polite guy, he did an excellent job and a credit to his profession. Definitely keeping his details for any future work!!
