Being a retired Building Surveyor I have had many dealings with contractors. Joe completed my work at the weekend. I found him reliable and a thoroughly excellent person to deal with. For instance, we originally arranged a time of 08.30 for him to arrive. He arrived at 08.29. That is how reliable he is and all communication is excellent. He also purchases the material BEFORE you pay him. What a refreshing change from "others". Any work you have which he replies to snap him up asap you won't regret it. I thoroughly recommend him and I will have him back for future work I intend to do.
