Do not hire! He took on a flooring job he didn’t have the skills for. It should have been a 3-day job but 3 weeks later he’d still not laid any floor correctly. Cost me a lot to get it rectified and my tenants were greatly inconvenienced.

I work carefully, keep the area tidy, confirm positioning before drilling, and make sure the job is completed properly before I leave.
