He arrived promptly for the job. However, he spent almost 20 mins outside in his van on his phone. I had somewhere to go but I had to cancel because of the time it was taking. There was a lot of going back and forth to the van. I thought fitting of the shower screen should be straight forward and swift. He eventually fitted the shower screen. Unfortunately left a gap under screen, so it's not sitting flush on bath. The shower screen has now been used and it leaks water all over the floor. I have texted him, but there no response. I am not sure what to make of that. But I will need to get it redone through someone else. To be fare he was pleasant personable guy. Its unfortunate about the gap. I am giving him 5 stars because I know he made a lot of effort to install it. The overall job was very good but I will have to find a solution to put on edge of bath to stop the water flooding the bathroom floor.
