This person came to my property to change the two port valve. He attempted to do it and left with my boiler not working (it was working before he came), which means no hot water and no heating. He also caused a short circuit while attempting to replace the valve and burned my thermostat. I am going to have to pay for all these repairs now. I am very disappointed because when seek help in this app at the very least you dont expect to be left worse than you were before.
