We agreed work would start on a very simple job, trimming a table top- this was Sunday morning with the job booked for 5pm on the following Tuesday so I took the afternoon off work to make sure I'd be there. 6pm came around and I'd not heard anything- and contacted him via this platform. I received a call around 9pm and when I asked for an explanation he hung up on me twice and made no effort to call back. His excuse was that he didn't speak good english despite being able to send competent text messages and on this platform- the last message was telling me he needed to see my garage conversion to quote? Very confusing and unreliable person. All in all a rude, completely muddled waste of time, and deeply unprofessional. Do not use this individual.
