Includes cleaning, light sanding, filling minor holes, spot priming where required and painting to the agreed specification. This package refreshes the appearance while retaining the existing surface texture. Extensive repairs and full skim coating are excluded. ENHANCED — Detailed Preparation & Decoration For surfaces that need more thorough preparation. Includes filling dents and surface imperfections, repairing stable surface cracks, thorough sanding and appropriate priming before painting. Provides a smoother, more refined appearance without full-surface skim coating. PREMIUM — Full Skim & Fine Finish Our most comprehensive preparation package. Includes full-surface fine skim coating of agreed walls and ceilings, thorough sanding, surface inspection and further refinement before applying a suitable primer and the agreed paint system. Ideal for clients seeking a finely prepared, smooth decorative finish. PROFESSIONAL EQUIPMENT & APPLICATION We paint using brushes and rollers, with Graco spray application available where suitable for the property, surfaces and working conditions. The application method is discussed and agreed during the site visit. We use professional Festool sanding equipment with dust extraction where required across all packages, helping prepare surfaces thoroughly while minimising dust. The difference between our packages is the extent of preparation and surface refinement.
