Semi retired former business owner, was in structural steel sector for 35 years with own fabrication shop. Used to supply and fit all sorts of steel structures, including, fire escapes, sliding gates, Loft extension steel beams , Balconies, Cranked beams and pretty much everything in between. Now taken a few steps back and looking for a little occupational therapy. Don’t think there is much that can phase me as a Handyman . Being a homeowner myself,I do all my own maintenance . Try me !

Paul was able to remove a substantial pergola from the garden. This entailed him also cutting down some huge posts to a more reasonable size as well as removing and disposing of the beams. Plus as an additional job he made good some kitchen hinges that were no longer functioning correctly. He's great at thinking on his feet and coming up with solutions or sorting out issues that weren't immediately apparent at the start of the job, in this case making safe the outdoor electrical lighting that it turned out had exposed live wires. He also constructed a clothes line arrangement from the remaining beam. This is the fifth time we have used his services because he is so dependable and really knows his stuff. Highly recommended.

Robert did an amazing job on the garden and the flower beds down 3 sides of the garden were dug with perfectly straight edges with the path and surrounding areas all swept and clean of soil. The spikey bush which was some sort of Hawthorn was removed fully by the roots as requested and the edges of the garden were trimmed right down to leave a neat and tidy border. The middle of the garden where there was a dip in the ground was filled with some of the excess soil so that it was level. Robert was efficient, tidy and great to talk to. He is animal friendly, polite, considerate and flexible with appointments and timing. Would use again in the future.
