My background includes a civil engineering degree and more than ten years working in the property industry. In recent years, I have managed and completed the refurbishment of dozens of properties between tenancies for a major housing association, alongside maintenance and decorating work for private homeowners, landlords and managing agents. My work ranges from full-room and whole-property decorating through to plasterboard repairs, filling and making good, silicone renewal, fitting blinds and curtain poles, furniture assembly, door and lock adjustments, shelving, minor carpentry and general household repairs.
