I struck gold finding Garry! I hired him to assemble a huge live-edge bed frame and do masonry drilling/redrilling work throughout my old sandstone cottage, and considering this was his first job through MyBuilder, I definitely threw him in at the deep end. I hadn’t been especially specific in my job listing, and almost immediately we discovered major issues with the bed hardware including improperly cut screws. Considering how heavy, handmade, and expensive the bed is, it would have been very easy for someone to panic, but Garry stayed kind and solution-oriented the entire time. He sourced replacement screws himself and came back another day to finish properly. My finished bed is beautiful and incredibly solid. The masonry work was also excellent. Straight neat drilling with no damage to the old sandstone walls. Trustworthy, hardworking, fair with pricing, and a genuine pleasure to have around. Highly recommended to all, and hope he has considerably smoother gigs from here on out.
