I asked for 2 jobs to be done. I was very happy with the building of the dog crate. However the second job was not what he thought. This was attaching a door panel to a dish washer. It needed to be attached directly to the dishwasher front rather than a cabinet as the dishwasher was in the conservatory & not in a cabinet. He was supposed to discuss with B&Q as they had supplied the door and had shown me a dishwasher with it attached. I have not heard from him since he left. I did message him and got no reply. I have given 4 stars because he was helpful in moving my sofa into a different room and have removed one star for poor communications. If he had rung and said he found himself unable to do that part of the job I would have given him five stars. However communication seems to be an issue with the younger generation. I was left waiting and did get annoyed because he could not be bothered to call or text. I expected better of him as he, & his helper was very polite at the time.
