I rarely leave feedback but I have to thank Mihai and his capable team of the transformation to my house. I was left in a very bad situation with what my tenants had done to the place. I am usually very reluctant to go with a quote significantly cheaper than anyone else but I do not regret it at all. Mihai and his team are proffessional and deliver high quality work. After everything that had happened, he made me feel at ease that the property is in safe hands as I am not local and cannot regularly check up on contractors. I would not hesitate to use him again (actually he is maintaiing my property from now on). He went above and beyond, arranging for plumbers for me, arranging for electrican, going back and forwards to Bourne Carpets. If he quotes you, do not hesitate to use him.
