The hygiene levels were ridiculous and I've worked with entrenched rough sleepers who are Multiply Excluded Clients that had moreso awareness. Job took four and a half hours to conclude with. Broke parts of both cabinet storage cupboards. Insisted on placing them on top of each other as when I pulled them out it was revealed that the backboard wasn't fixed accordingly. Didn't disclose that they'd been damaged whilst being assembled and took te whole amount for the job where as my partner had to contact him to refund only half of the amount due to his total incompetence. A total nightmare from start to finish...I had to air out the room due to the poor hygiene too. Horrific experience. I'm at present paying for £100 for storage that isn't fit for purpose.

The job was completed to am excellent standard. It exceeded my expectations. The property is tenanted and the process was smooth as he got on touch and arranged access with the tenant independently, working around the availability. It was trickier that expected so the price went up a bit from the original quote but it requires two days of work instead of one. He attended the property twice even before doing the work to understand the scope of work (didn't quote blindly over the phone). The job carried out is a full insulation of a built-in cupboard which before creates damp and mould, tenant is very happy with the solution. Comes with a 1year warranty. Extremely polite, reliable and clean.

Afrim refurbished the whole kitchen for us. The work included stripping out the entire old kitchen, stripping of old wallpaper, replastering walls, installing new ikea kitchen and appliances, new tiles and new laminate flooring, all electrics and all plumbing. Afrim is a very honest and down to earth man, he and his team did a great job and kept to the original budget and fully informed me of any extra unforeseen charges, which were all reasonable. We changed our mind about a part of the kitchen after it was already built, he was happy to help us alter it without any fuss. The work area was cleaned at the end of every day. We are very happy with our new kitchen and are even considering to invite Afrim to do more work with us!
