installed a draining board that didn't drain, unwilling to fix problem can't even paint a wall properly,15 bricks at bottom of wall, refused to paint them, no attemt to paint behind cooker, very visible area, unable to cut old ends of wallpaper before painting, new wallpaper unsticking,picture hook holes to big not parallel to floor, does stuff you don't want or need, you can't watch even a bit what he is doing.he takes stuff from your house.and he is very slow then wants more money, any money you give him he will text you later that he has received it, and sometimes doesn't,grouting/sealent has yellow oil in it not white,

Jacek did an excellent job of pressure washing the patio, we also got him to erect a fence with concrete posts with a trellis and this was all done for the quoted price - despite finding more concrete in the ground than anticipated. I would happily hire again and I believe one of our neighbours has also hired Jacek based on the quality of the work done at our property.

Sham and the team did a good job of cutting through a stainless steel sink for some bespoke work. At one point thought it was not going to be possible to complete the job but Sham delivered with a plan B. Took a risk proceeding with the job as there were no reviews on mybuilder but sometimes risks are worth taking. Hope this first review helps others and Sham and the team. Also hoping to now get Sham to quote for a larger bathroom/wet room refit project.

Job done promptly and within the budget required. The window was put in place so quickly I didn’t have a chance to wipe the dust of it before it went in! Would suggest the fitter carries a cloth with him to wipe fingerprints and bits off the window before installation but really a small thing considering. Overall very happy with the job done. Thanks.
