Scott did an excellent job in very trying conditions. He had problems with the materials he used(not his fault). He went the extra mile by making a temporary fix and came back the next day with new material and completed the job. I judge people on how they deal with problems/ setbacks - Scott was excellent. We are already talking about future work.

Chris has proved to be very capable and has done a first rate job of my initial posting on My Builder. He has extensive knowledge of stone and masonry work and is able to explain things clearly and really cares about leaving a quality finish. The initial brief was to rebuild a very old brick wall. Most other tradesmen wanted just to knock it down and replace with concrete blocks but Chris saw the value in cleaning and reusing the old brick to rebuild the wall and he has achieved a brilliant result. I would highly recommend Chris and have already engaged him in further work building a patio. He has now completed this to a very high standard and helped source materials at great prices.

Gavin arranged visit later same day. Messaged with time and phoned to confirm was on his way. It had started to get dark but he said that wasn't a problem. He built my furniture expertly and cleared up,he even flattened the huge box furniture had came in. He was an extremely pleasant and helpful man. I have already asked him about another job I would like done and he has gone away to see what he can do for me. Very fair price for the work he did today. I would definitely recommend him.

Raymond arrived when he said he would, which was great and carried out the job quickly and efficiently. He found a part under the sink which was corroded and needed to be replaced. He went to plumber's merchant to get a replacement part and fitted that as well as disconnecting the old dishwasher and reconnecting the new one. He put the old dishwasher outside for me as well. The entire job was carried out within an hour and twenty minutes. I have no hesitation in recommending Raymond, and will be in touch with him soon to carry out a few more jobs for me. So glad to have found him.
