Why I Started Handyman Purley From a young age, I had a passion for working with my hands, which led me to train as a carpenter and plasterer. For years, I worked in the trades, taking on house renovations, loft conversions, and extensions, building homes from the ground up. Later, I shifted gears into the world of IT, where I spent over a decade as an IT Consultant, solving tech problems and helping businesses stay connected. Now, I’ve decided to bring together my skills and experience to serve my local community. Handyman Purley was born out of the need for a reliable service that takes care of all the small jobs others won’t do—whether it’s putting together furniture, hanging pictures and curtain rails, or handling general maintenance and repairs. If you have a job that needs doing, big or small, get in touch! I’m here to help. 📍 Serving Purley and surrounding areas 🔧 Reliable, professional, and experienced #HandymanPurley #LocalBusiness #Handyman #HomeRepairs #ITServices

Welcome everyone 👨🏽🌾☀️ Thank you for viewing my profile - here is a very brief overview about myself. To me, honesty is the best policy so I hope in return of what I’ve written in my bio you can have faith in what I have said! 🙌🏽 - Despite only having started gardening & landscaping around 4 years ago, due to the sheer amount of hours I’ve invested into it during that time my knowledge and experience is “above average” (according to my previous manager 😆) - I pride myself in carrying out each & every job to the best of my ability ensuring that I leave no stone unturned in order to ensure the quality of each and every aspect of a customer’s garden is up to the standard of which I am happy to leave the garden in 🙂 - I’m happy when the customer is happy so I’ll always try my best to exceed all expectations of the work that has been agreed 👍🏽 Please have a look at the few photos uploaded so far; I’m currently digging through my phone to upload all the ones scattered throughout my album over the years 📸 Thanks for reading and I hope to hear from you soon 🙏🏽 A.J

I take on handyman jobs, odd jobs, home repairs and property maintenance, from one small fix to a full list of jobs. I can assemble flat-pack furniture, IKEA PAX wardrobes, beds, drawers, desks, tables, cabinets, storage units and garden sheds. I mount TVs, shelves, mirrors, pictures, curtain poles and rails, blinds, bathroom cabinets, wall panels and handrails. I can repair doors, sliding wardrobe doors, hinges, handles, locks, cupboards, drawers, windows, gates and fences; fit cat flaps, skirting boards, thresholds and bath panels; and tackle minor carpentry and joinery. For kitchens and bathrooms, I can help with taps, sinks, toilet seats, shower screens, grout, silicone sealant, mastic and small leaks or repairs where suitable. I also take on painting and decorating, wallpaper removal, wall patching, minor plaster repairs, flooring fixes and finishing jobs. Outside, I can help with shed repairs, guttering, garden maintenance, pressure washing and upkeep. I welcome multi-job visits, landlord work, rental property maintenance and move-in or move-out task lists. Tell me what needs doing, send photos if helpful, and I will explain the work, timing and cost before starting.
