This wasn't the biggest job in the world and probably far too small for a lot of tradespeople to even bother with. However, for my Mum, who has severe mobility issues, a couple of loose handrails (the plugs and screws had come right out of the wall / plaster) is potentially very dangerous. Liam was quick to respond and because of the nature of the problem, promised to come the very next day. He phoned on the day to confirm his arrival, arrived punctually, and efficiently completed the job in a timely manner after having discussed a couple of options. Needless to say I'll happily offer Liam future jobs and have no hesitation in recommending him to others.
