Hi there, i’ve been a Plumber and Painter for approximately 11 years now, without sounding big headed i believe i am of high quality standard when it comes to plumbing. I’ve worked for a few big Plumbing companies which was great for the experience etc, however for the past 6 years i’ve gone self employed. I am fully vetted with a clean record for peace of mind. I started Plumbing since i was 22, i am very good at my job, i also specialise in Painting also and we take of Cleaning duties also. I complete my jobs very honestly and keeping disruptions to a minimum as i am very mindful of my working environment. My names sam from SB construction im 24 years old and im currently going private. I have been in the construction industry for 4 years. My work consists of -Carpentry and joinery ie. Stud walls, flat roofs, acoustic panelling, joinery, sheds and cabins. -Handyman/maintenace work ie. Fitting tv brackets, fixing door handles, fixing taps and general maintenance work. Brickwork ie. small walls, re pointing, blockwork and general repairs. Painting and decorating ie. Doors, architrave, skirting walls, mist coat external wood, render, filling and bonding. And a whole lot more I can typically travel anyway up to like 30-50 miles away. As im starting out any work is appreciated to increase my portfolio. If we do business together i will always work with you (the owner) to get the best possible price for you and work around that. My labour costs can change due to the job and other various reasons.
