Vasile was an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Always on time and there when he said he would be every time! His quote was fantastic and the job was completed on time and at the amount quoted - no extra costs and no hidden sudden surprises. The job itself was professionally done and to the standards I had hoped for, the place was cleaned afterwards and Vasile returned 2 days later to make sure everything had settled properly. Paul failed to turn up when he said he would. He was late turning up to give me an estimate, but l agreed that he could carry out the work. On the day he was supposed to start he said he would start at 9.30am, when he failed to turn up by 11.00am I rang him about 3 times, I left messages and he failed to contact me. Eventually I rang him and left a message saying not to bother. I then used someone else to carry out the work. I would not recommend Paul as he is a waste of time and space.

Shpetim changed 3 bathroon door locks which also required door adjustment, drilling new holes etc, altering doors for 2 wardrobes and a cupboard. All done smoothly, in time and as per the agreed price. He also helpfully bought the materials for the job which made the process much simpler for us. The best thing was Shpetim's approach - clear, honest and straightforward which made him a pleasure to deal with! Highly recommend!
