Paul failed to turn up when he said he would. He was late turning up to give me an estimate, but l agreed that he could carry out the work. On the day he was supposed to start he said he would start at 9.30am, when he failed to turn up by 11.00am I rang him about 3 times, I left messages and he failed to contact me. Eventually I rang him and left a message saying not to bother. I then used someone else to carry out the work. I would not recommend Paul as he is a waste of time and space.
