Carl, Jamie and Carl (yes 2 Carls!) were an absolute pleasure to have in our home to complete one completely new bathroom install and one en-suite renovation. From quoting through to completion they were honest, prompt with communication and thoroughly professional (and just lovely guys). We set pretty high expectations for what we were looking for in the new bathroom in particular and whilst they helped us make the right decision on certain aspects, nothing was too much trouble (large format tiles, recessed cabinets, shower seat, heavy free standing tub etc) if it could be done and we have been left with two wonderful bathrooms. If you want to see images you can see them on our house Instagram account where they’ve got lots of lovely positive comments @our_east_anglian_home In a world where I’ve found it very difficult to get quotes and find tradespeople I can trust, I’m glad we found Interior Solutions East and would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Found Michael a friendly guy.Spoke to him on the phone a couple of times as he was fitting some child window restrictors for my daughter in Great Yarmouth and I’m in Hertfordshire. Only one concern was that the locks have been put on slightly different but still work,pins should have been fitted to the opening windows and the catch that latches on the pin fitted to the window frame,my concern is that my grandchildren can actually see how they release.Michael did fit them out of reach at the tops of the windows as requested but kids are clever and I just hope they do not clock on to the fact that if they get something long enough the catch can be eased off the pin....the other way round would have meant they would not have been able to see how it latches on to the pin.

I need to be honest with this review because Andrew has Good points and bad points to his service . He is friendly, punctual, reliable, works efficiently at tasks but he has made a few mistakes, which is time consuming and costly on my behalf to hire another trader to fix it And of course if you complain you are not happy you will not hear ever him again. It’s a shame really he shouldn’t take things so personal and hold more accountability

Steve has just finished the job and we couldn't be more pleased with his work. He is very meticulous and has done a beautiful job. He encountered some problems with electric wires and fixed them, no problem! Pleasant to have him around, quiet and gets on with the job. We can recommend him as he seems to know a lot about anything he encounters; job very well done. We will certainly employ him again should the need arise.
