I am based in flint , I have worked doing property maintenance for over 20 years and used to look after 200 privately rented properties, I do plumbing fault finding ,pipe repair or relocate, fixing or replacing taps , toilet flush / fill valves clear blocked drains and fit outside taps , I also do electrical work fault finding , replacing lights/switches , shower/pullcords and sockets, fault finding . I can change Upvc door and window locks and locking mechanisms and hinges . Fence panels and gates ,assemble flat pack furniture and fit tv brackets. I've been an on site joiner, bench joiner, national children's playground installer and the sole fitter for a high end blinds, awnings and shutters company. So for the fitting of blinds and shutters, flat pack assembly, hanging pictures/mirrors, building bespoke wooden outhouse/sheds, building playgrounds, laying laminate flooring, laying of astro turf and all things DIY just give me a shout.

I worked for myself for 10 years until 2010 fitting laminate floors , wooden floors , engineered floors and LVT (karndean amtico etc I am a karndean approved fitter plus I recently became a quick step master installer I have recently started working for myself again and Have only just joined my builder , that is the reason I have no feedback at the moment.
