Workmen arrived without tools and didn't complete job. I was understanding of their mistake and offered my own tools and for them to do what they could with what the had. They did the bare minimum, less than half of the job, yet I paid more than half of agreed amount. Asked for receipt/invoice to be send, still waiting. Friendly enough boys but couldn't recommend.
