Very pleased with the results of the renovation. James and the team were great to work. Excellent communication, time keeping and quality of work. As with any projects, small queries often arise, but these were quickly taken onboard and resolved. Very disappointing experience. The job was clearly advertised and agreed at £25 per hour, and this was confirmed again in writing before the tradesperson attended. After I travelled two hours to meet him at the property, he arrived and refused to honour the agreed rate, instead demanding £200 for the job. The issue is not the price itself, but agreeing to one rate and then changing it on arrival. This wasted my time and was highly unprofessional.
