Hi, I have been in the building trade for almost 30 years. I ran a small building company before Covid and did small jobs right up to £2m jobs. This included new builds auch as two 4 bedroom houses in Ashley Mew Milton, 3 3 bedroom bungalows in Holbury Hythe plus a few more as well as renovations and refurbishing I have installed around 20 double oak garages with some converted to livable spaces . After Covid I went out on my own doing extensions and renovations work. I do most of the work myself and bring in sub contractors when necessary. Also been to the USA renovating homes in Florida ( the experience to renovate in a different country was with different materials and building methods were an opportunity not to miss ) Mostly now I do extensions and refinishing, but can do most things, bathrooms, tiling ,patios and landscaping, painting and decorating. Hi, I am an ex military mechanic of 12 years and still have a great work ethic and core values. After leaving the forces I re-trained as an excavator operator 10 years ago. While working in this industry I have become proficient in all aspects of groundwork’s while also being skilled in many other aspects of house renovation having carried out 3 renovations on my own homes and doing various work for other people. My skills range from furniture assembly, garden landscaping, footings, patios, minor plumbing work, excavations, tiling, bathroom fitting etc etc. There isn’t much I can’t do but I wouldn’t look to take on jobs I couldn’t do to a high standard as I am a bit of a perfectionist and wouldn’t want anyone to be unsatisfied with anything I had done for them.
