They are punctual, reliable, knowledgeable and pay attention to detail. They overcame unforeseen issues caused by previous poor workmanship and the idiosyncrasies of very old houses. Nathan and his brothers came to my property to do a few small jobs. One was to tidy up a old hard standing and lay some Gravel. Excellent job. He was polite and got the job completed very quickly. Well impressed. A couple of days later his other two brothers return to put up a couple of fence panels and a side gate. All was going well and he had almost finished when they said they had to go and get one small piece of wood to finish off, and tidy off the tops of the post. He said he would be back in a hour. After a number of calls (by me ) over the next few days he has still not returned. I know its only a little job to finish off, but hey, one lesson I have learned is not to pay anyone before the job is completed. Not very happy with them and wouldn't recommend them to anyone as they are not reliable, which is a shame.

After trying various roofers who couldn't come up with a solution for our leak Johnathan came out, found the likely cause of the problem and then carried out the work to remedy it. He and his team were polite, tidy and just got on with the job, which after our previous experience with other tradesmen was absolute bliss.
