Pro Shield was responsive each time to my query, and was able to tell us what they planned to do and explained what works best to rectify the problem. They observed COVID-19 social distancing measures and wore masks. They have completed the work within a week's time. Given the generally wet weather condition in February, I think they delivered well.

Collected my money, left my garden in a mess with job not fully completed, he lied about running out of battery. Promised to pack the debris using his dad's van as the next day. Again lied that the van wouldn't start. I regretted hiring him
