Hi im new to my builder my name is simon williams ....im not new to the trade in any way.. ive worked in the building trade for 27 years, starting as an all aspect builder duties Inc carpentry 1st/ 2nd fix .Dry linning/ dot and dab also joining. All aspects of decorating also undertaken. Eventually I stuck at tiling as my 1st profession. Ive been tiling now for 20 years both commercialy and in private homes. I'm competent and carry out my work to a top standard with ease. I'm not the cheapest... Rates vary depending on location and specification. Small Jobs are strictly on a day rate basis...eg a 3m2 floor I will not commit to on meterage as it falls below a working days money. (200/280 dependant on location). A 30m2 floor I would only commit to on a m2 basis( price would vary depending on the specific job in hand) I'm reliable and reasonable Meterage price for tiling is between 20 and 40 m2 labour only depending on the specification of the job in hand...
