It was clear he has a wide breadth of knowledge with a professional and friendly approach and we were more than happy to hire him once we'd talked through the work. He even wore covers on his shoes which was a nice touch! The quote was very reasonable and the costs clearly broken down so there were no hidden surprises. Lucian was punctual throughout and the initial work was carried out quickly and to a high level. He constantly communicated throughout and provided feedback so we knew what was happening. Our fence panels were fitted perfectly, and a substantial amount of our privet hedge was cut back neatly. The work was completed with great care and attention to detail, and he worked continuously throughout the time he was here. All rubbish and garden waste were removed, and we were provided with a registered waste disposal receipt, which gave us complete peace of mind. Everything was cleared up afterwards. In addition to the excellent workmanship, Everton was very pleasant, polite, and courteous throughout.
