Mark renovated our kitchen, dining and family area in 2021 and our family bathroom in 2022. This included fitting a new kitchen, all plumbing and lighting, installing new patio doors, erecting a partition wall and laying flooring throughout. Mark also fitted a new bathroom including all plumbing and tiling. All work was carried out to a high standard with an excellent finish. Mark involved us in all aspects of the project, design and in all decision making. Mark produced a plan of works at the start of the project with clear timelines, all work was completed on time according to the schedule. We were living on site for both projects, Mark and his team were extremely considerate. Always cleaned up at the end of the day and left the site tidy and free of hazards. I would highly recommend Mark and Sec Developments for any work and will definitely use Mark again for future projects.
