Gave him the job and arranged date to start. Twice he, with what I saw as lame excuses he cancelled and we had to re-arranged. I once emailed him and asked him to confirm that he was still interested in the job, as it seemed to me he wasn't. He gave a positive reply. Then finally on the morning of the day he was due to start he texted to say he had not got the materials so I cancelled the job. I tried to phone him but he would not answer his phone although this was just seconds after he texted.
