He made good suggestions for sourcing materials and was patient and conscientious when answering questions and solving problems. He arrived with reliable, hard working colleagues for the electrics and plumbing and we had no reservations about any of them in our house. Dariusz has a pragmatic and determined approach. Right on time, friendly, but no invoice. The trader arrived right on time and was very friendly. I had posted a job to install an internal stop tap, but I was not sure if the property already had one. I explained this clearly, and he agreed to come, check, and then quote me. We settled on a price for the installation. On the day, he inspected the property, confirmed that there was already a stop tap, and charged me 80% of the agreed installation price. While the charge felt quite high for simply confirming the stop tap’s existence, I understand that every trader sets their own prices, so I cannot complain about that aspect. The real issue is that, despite contacting him repeatedly through the app for over four weeks, I never received an invoice. This lack of response and failure to provide proper documentation has been very disappointing
