Excellent workmanship, great guy. Came on time finished the work on time and cleaned the placed throughly. I asked Owen to help with fixing a door and he has done a great job as I had tried fixing the door myself and in the process has vandalised the door but Owen has saved the door for me. Charged me reasonable amount for fixing the door. Should hire him again for any DIY work.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☆ I had my cast iron gutter and downpipe replaced and re-diverted, as the original was blocked and draining into the ground. The team came out the same day to inspect and provided a quote that evening. After agreeing to the quote, they realised the job had been under-costed due to the higher price of materials. They were honest and transparent about the situation, and we were able to renegotiate fairly. The work itself was completed to a high standard — quick, efficient, and tidy — leaving a great result and a lasting solution. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the outcome. The only reason for four stars rather than five is the initial pricing error, but everything else was excellent. I’d be happy to use their services again in the future. Thanks again!

Initially I hired Matija to fit a lock for my door. He ended up doing that and SO much more. He's extremely well qualified, competent, leaves the area clean at end of day, personable, trustworthy and on time. Below is a list of all the jobs that he completed for me to a very high standard. I won't hesitate to continue using Matija for further work at my house. Fitted lock to bedroom - initial job Lifted old screed as prep for new wet underfloor heating (90 m2) done in one day. Worked 8am to 8pm to get job done. Two men. Replaced all door furniture and adjusted ill fitting doors (12) - one day, only Matija. Decorated the new extension and old kitchen (large area) - two days, two men. Laid Ditra matting as decoupling agent in preparation for tiling (90 m2) - Matjija with 1/2 day help. Laid wood effect porcelain tiles and grouted (90 m2) - this job was done so well that the team laying the same but 20mm tiles outside is now subcontracting him to grout their job. Several days with limited help. It's a big job - still busy but be done by 20/12/18. Strip and refit of downstairs cloakroom. Exceptional quality work again, fitted double plasterboard on wall where tiling is going to strengthen the wall. Still to do in the new year: Decorating two staircases, lounge, landing and one bedroom. Decorate wood work. Reposition light switch and make good. Replace all current spots with better quality fittings and new LED spots. Various other odd things too many to mention.

I popped a message on My Builder for a Handyman, within no time at all Patrick of PPK Handyman had contacted me. I was delighted that he was able to come over the same day just to have a look at the fencing that needed to be repaired. Repairing the fence to our side gate was no problem at all and I arranged for Patrick to come over a few days later to complete the work. Arrived on time and just got stuck into the job. Very polite, helpful and tidy, really can't thank him enough. I would not hesitate to contact him again in fact he's now pricing for a few other jobs for me.
