Luke was very helpful, flexible & polite. Both him and his partner came to fit some wall paper in our downstairs toilet and did a great job (despite being faced with some very uneven walls in our old house). They were both very keen to ensure the job was completed satisfactorily - which it was. I'll be giving Luke a call in the future should i need more help with wallpapering.

Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service. Tomas installed five blinds throughout my house and took the time to make sure everything was fitted properly. He was knowledgeable and explained his decisions clearly. For example, I had both the screws supplied by Blinds2go and some alternative screws I’d purchased, and he chose the most suitable fixings based on the wall construction (plaster over brick) rather than simply using what was provided. He was also happy to answer my questions and explain things. One of my bedroom blinds is particularly wide and heavy, and he reassured me that the fixings used would be more than adequate to support it. As an added bonus, he filled some unwanted drill holes I’d made in the kitchen window area with putty, which I appreciated.
