I am a sole trader with 7 years property Mataince experience in this time I have undertaken most aspects of building from Carpentry and plumbing to roof repairs and tilling. Also previously to that I have worked on site for complete house referbishmeat and complete new builds and installation of data cables and points (cat6) for schools and large office buildings. My names sam from SB construction im 24 years old and im currently going private. I have been in the construction industry for 4 years. My work consists of -Carpentry and joinery ie.
