Adam was able to look at the job at weekend which was great. It was a difficult job which as a keen DIY person was nonetheless beyond me. Although the problem wasn't totally solvable (I hadn't expected it to be really) Adam was able to show me some better solutions than I had already tried. His charges were amazingly reasonable and he was polite, friendly and knew what he was doing. I would definitely use him again.

The tradesman wasn't able to complete the job. When they initially visited they said needed to get some additional parts which weren't available locally. They sourced the parts online instead and were planning to rearrange the date to fit the replacement tap and waste strainer. A few days later I received a message saying that they couldn't complete the job as they didn't have experience with Belfast sinks. I'm glad they didn't try anyway given that they don't have the knowledge and experience but I now need to find another tradesperson to do the work.
