We were told our job would take just over a week, but took nearly 4wks. Started our job beginning of July & finished the beginning of Aug. Regularly left site by 12 midday blaming delivery issues. If you're having a large patio layed, I would not recommend Josh. He's very nice to you until something goes wrong. He didn't compact the hard-core at all & it seems that he's unable to lay slabs level. He's left us with a swimming pool when it rains & is ignoring our communications to resolve the issues. The arco drainage isn't sloping towards the drain, but is in fact running backwards & so rain water is pooling along the side of the house in an area he didn't complete. Lastly he blocked our drain with cement. It seems he's more interested in getting new jobs, than completing errors he's made on previous jobs once he's taken your money!

Im a bathroom fitter as well, so plumbing, tiling, plastering, is all second nature to me. I ve done jobs in every trade, when I was an apprentice all those years ago, that's how my boss at the time worked. Knowledge is power as they say. I based in Bracknell, and I can travel up to an hour from there. So as far as Dorking to the east, and the same distance in the other directions.
