Hi, I'm Paul! Pretty much all of my career has been involved in the property and new homes industry - running my own Guildford-based business for the past 20 years. I started out doing ski chalet maintenance in Val d'Isere in the early 90's, working on building sites between ski seasons. From there my career took me into marketing roles for national house builders and in my spare time I refurbished a number of Victorian homes. Post-Covid I closed down my company and found myself undertaking a variety of handyman projects for interior designers, private clients and commercial clients including a major US bank. I enjoy and take great pride in the work I do and ONLY undertake projects within my skillsets. I'm productive, prompt, professional, clean, highly trustworthy and have an eye for detail - most the family homes I work on are in excess of £2m. The majority of my work comes from client recommendations but I also undertake suitable projects through My Builder. My daily rate is £240 (£30ph) (outside London) and there is a minimum call out fee of £60.
