I wasn't sure as John didn't have any feedback on here. He provided me with a reference and then upon request happily provided a second. Both checked out totally fine. He was happy to answer many questions and clarify several times exactly what the job would be. When the parameters of the job changed (several times) he happily renegotiated. The work was done within the time and on the day that he agreed. My carpenter was pleased with the base so a job well done.

Petrit and his team were excellent to deal with, and worked very hard removing our old fence as well as associated rubbish, and erecting the new one, which looks lovely and precisely straight. They were extremely professional, efficient, and had brilliant workmanship. We are very pleased with result which is a positive night and day difference. We are so happy we chose to go with Iver construction to do the extension of our home. We shortlisted a few construction companies but liked the way that Mr Sanghani came over to explain their quote and went through how they would go about the job and was able to answer all the small questions I had about how I wanted things to be done. Very professional. The team was also very professional and very hard working. Everyday there would be some sort of noticeable work. they are a tidy team and would tidy any mess made. Obviously with all the dust that an extension can cause there was still some dust left but they cleaned up as much as possible which we appreciated. The communication with Mr Sanghani was very good. He would always pick up the phone when I called or call me back if he was busy no matter what time or day. After the job was completed when I had a few minor problems like cracks they came back to fix these . Even whilst building if there was something I did not like they would do their best to make changes. All in all very good, friendly and hard working builders. I have already recommended them to loads of my friends and family. Can not fault their construction skills.

Very professional and proactive from the first contact. He took the time to understand our renovation project properly, offered a lot of useful and practical advice, and prepared a detailed cost plan for us. He even worked over the weekend to revise the proposal and try to accommodate our budget. Although we eventually decided to proceed with another contractor whom we had already been speaking to before making contact, I was extremely impressed by his communication, attitude and professional approach throughout the quotation process. I would be very happy to contact him again for future projects.
