Also waterproofing systems for roofs ,balcony's ,walkways plus anything else that needs to keep water in or out. I'm approved by sika ,liquiflex pro and res-tech which can be applied as an overlay system to felt and more. Also approved by cure it and the new grp system cover it along with Firestone EPDM membrane. All cold applied. Nvq 3 carpenter and joiner.

Needed a concrete base for an Asgard unit at the front of the house. Louis was responsive and professional throughout, and did an excellent job in a tricky space. The price was really fair too. I am really impressed and will definitely work with Louis again.

I would not recommend this builder based on my experience. Instead of using crushed concrete they used soil to fill the house flooring for underfloor heating. 1 The project suffered from poor communication, repeated delays, and a lack of clarity around responsibilities. There were serious issues with the foundation works, which failed Building Control inspection and now require remedial engineering input before works can proceed. The site was also left incomplete and not in an acceptable condition. Despite substantial payments being made, key documentation, technical responses, and follow-through were lacking, leaving me to resolve major compliance and structural issues independently. My experience has resulted in delay, additional cost, and considerable stress. I would strongly advise others to ensure there is a detailed written contract, clear scope of works, and defined accountability

This was our first project, and we were exceptionally fortunate to find Bujar. We're actually getting tired of hearing our family and friends tell us how lucky we are and how amazing he sounds. One of the most honest, trustworthy, and genuine people I've ever met. If I had a problem, he'd be one of the first people I'd call! In fact I did last week and he came to the rescue :) His team were all friendly, polite, conscientious and very tidy. They worked around us as much as they could, always making sure we had access to what we needed which sometimes meant it took them longer to work. Bujar is a perfectionist and is so proud of what he does, he made sure everything was done to a high standard - the estate agent who came round after we were done was impressed! His prices are very fair (better value than other quotes we got and much less time). We couldn't believe it was done in the 3 months he said it would take, and we managed to fit in a few extra bits and pieces after that. He was so helpful throughout, took all project management on and didn't bother us unless an important decision needed to be made. He drove us around all over the place to sort kitchens, bathrooms, etc. and gave us really helpful advice throughout the process. Highly recommend him and his team. I can't imagine ever wanting to look for another builder unless I had to - something that is quite common amongst Bujar's clients. We are extremely pleased with everything about our new house.
