From the first meeting it was clear Trae was passionate about his work. He listened and made excellent suggestion to transform our front garden into a large driveway. Trae and his team worked through difficult winter conditions to create a stunning outcome. Absolutely no issue with the team, they were always respectful, we made some changes along the way and Trae always accommodated this, keeping us up to speed on costs before any commitments were made. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough and we are very please with the results including positive comments from our neighbours and passersby. It has been a couple of months since the work was finished and it continues to look great without issue.

Paul answered my post for cutting my parents grass for them now that the size of their lawn has become a little too much for them. Due to the weather and other circumstances it took a while to arrange a first cut date and Paul has been very flexible, patient and communitive during this time. Now Paul has made the first cut of the grass and he did this efficiently and well within the expected time. He did a good job following careful instruction from my parents and they were happy with the result. So much so that we have asked Paul to return on a two-week basis to continue cutting the grass for us.

The work involved providing a temporary scaffold roof covering and whilst we remained in occupation taking off the existing roof structure and coverings removing parapet construction and providing new roof configuration complete with new structural timbers and tile coverings new gables chimney and making good and extending stipple render together with new gutters The quality of work was excellent and professionally carried out The project was on time and on budget with no disputes of any description regarding the final account which included some additional items requested by me Steve's main strength is his ability to carry out a project with the minimum of input from his client and to respect the security and tidiness needed Steve is also very good at ensuring the works are carried out in compliance with regulations I am a chartered surveyor and have good knowledge of the building process and would not hesitate in recommending Steve.
