I would not recommend this builder based on my experience. Instead of using crushed concrete they used soil to fill the house flooring for underfloor heating. 1 The project suffered from poor communication, repeated delays, and a lack of clarity around responsibilities. There were serious issues with the foundation works, which failed Building Control inspection and now require remedial engineering input before works can proceed. The site was also left incomplete and not in an acceptable condition. Despite substantial payments being made, key documentation, technical responses, and follow-through were lacking, leaving me to resolve major compliance and structural issues independently. My experience has resulted in delay, additional cost, and considerable stress. I would strongly advise others to ensure there is a detailed written contract, clear scope of works, and defined accountability

They got the job done in record time, and did a fantastic job at levelling the bank of earth at the back of the garden and then creating a concrete base for us to build our garden office. I can highly recommend this company, Steve showed me immediately he knew what he was doing and gave some good advise and a very competitive price. He turned up when he said he would and did the job in four day. Even when there was an issue with dimensions not of his making, he dealt with it at no extra cost. Very professional, very competitive and I would definately recommend.

Marsel kindly agreed to do a very small job for me of installing two parking bollards. He came on a Sunday with a friend and worked quickly, checking with me that he was putting the bollards exactly where I needed them. He even brought his own power washer to clean up even though it was an outdoor job. Very pleasant, efficient workers.
