Bejtullah and his team have undertaken a major rennovation of our house, which included a 2 storey extension, conversion of the garage into a new kitchen, and complete remodelling of the downstairs of the house (removal of several internal walls, RSJs as needed, new floor with underfloor heating system) and all necessary making good and finishing. At all stages Bejtullah has been totally honest, couteous, trustworthy, and has proven to be extremely flexible and true to his word. He has consistently gone the extra mile to ensure our project is completed to the highest standards, to our complete satisfaction, and within our budget. I would be hard pressed to find any fault with Bejtullah or any of his team and would wholeheartedly recommend him to anybody considering a similar project. Very many thanks !

Too bad! He look the contract for garden and driveway and got a lot of work from our references in our neighbourhood. But his work has started wearing of after 3 months now. He had done the roof installation for our shed but when it rained water flooded in and inspide of repeated calls and false promises he never turned back and ran away. His carpenter was rubbish and according to Larry he had been doing his job for 30 years but his work is rubbish he spoiled our windows big time. A fortune wasted when the work goes in wrong hands. I wish I could have uploaded the pictures, I have all the evidence for that. His dads temperament is so stressful and the way he comes and shouting at you when he himself has done wrong, it's a nightmare. Ours was a big job and costed about 21k just to get the outside sorted. I would still say that Larry is a hard working guy and polite too but he should noy take up the work which he doesn't specialises. It was a lot of money and he left all in a mess and ran away. We had so much stress getting the work sorted by another builder and paid for the same work twice.

Niti replied to my job post fast and efficiently, giving me clear details on what I needed and clear quote promptly. He came on the same day I posted the job and arrived promptly on the time he said he would, with everything he needed. He was very polite, pleasant and patient to my requests. Niti did a brilliant job building my 10ft x 8ft shed, he worked alone and didn’t stop until it was built. Overall, we are very pleased with how the garden renovation turned out, but it was a slightly turbulent ride to get there at times. R&E worked hard to get the job done in the timeframe, but we felt that speed sometimes came at a cost, with some corners being cut to achieve that - things that could have easily been brought up and discussed at an earlier stage were left grey, and then additional work was required to rectify (this work to rectify was done, without complaint, which was much appreciated). We also ran into a few issues with various suppliers, not necessarily R&Es fault but some aspects could certainly have been managed better, as it sometimes fell on us to push suppliers to sort out the problems. But overall, we were happy with outcome and are now really enjoying using the space, thank you Roland and team.
