CCS installed two concrete slabs, one reinforced concrete and the second the finished screed floor. They arranged for the delivery of both concrete mixes and installed the floors to a high standard. CCS cleaned up the site before they finished, leaving no mess. Very easy to deal with and would have no hesitation in recommending to others.

They were wonderful to fit us in at short notice but the work was excellent in some areas it was not up to scratch in others. The patio was cleared and tidied to a high standard but the weeding was not completed in all areas as requested, including leaving a large thistle. I think they underestimated how long it would take. I think they are a relatively new company and will improve over time.

Very happy with the build. Everything went smoothly, Shaun came to our house to discuss the initial quote. What surprised me was Shaun had a full breakdown quote ready the first time we met, by using the online planning with the required work. The final quote had increased but that was due to us wanting extra items such as exterior light and composite doors plus painting. No hidden or extra charges. Everything went as agreed and on time, although the weather did hold the build back on some days. The only trade that was a letdown was the painter, not by the quality of work but reliability, subcontracted and Shaun was quick to sort the issue out right away. Every trade was on time and did the work as agreed to spec. The level of professionalism is what surprised me the most from each trade. From the men doing the ground work and foundations to the electrician. As the customer myself and my parents were spoken to with respect from all the tradesmen and they took their time to explain when we had questions. Huge thank you to Graham the electrician who advised us on the best positions for the exterior spotlights. There was a delay in getting the completion certificate as our build was completed just before lockdown but we have had everything signed and checked by the council. Overall the porch with wc extension looks even better than we could imagine and I would recommend this company to anyone looking to get the same type of work. Thank you Shaun and everyone at S.ewing.

Very good very efficient kept us up to date on when work would start and what he needed us to do. On the day the shuttering was in place and the concrete pour went without a hitch. Price was really affordable as well compared to some we got Would certainly use again for future projects
