The job started ok, they replaced the concrete in my outbuilding straight forward job and the quote was higher than the others, but I trusted the experience and went with it. Issues started when I asked them to plaster the ceiling and lay levelling compound. They forgot to cut the holes for spotlights even though I reminded them before, the electric work was already done just needed holes, so they left wire coming through attached to circuit box looked ridiculous, to make matters worse the plaster finish was as shocking like sandpaper. The floor levelling compound had drip spots everywhere a quick trowel over the top would have sorted before settling. They charged me to reline my rubber roof, this was to be a small strip, but they charged more than it cost to replace the whole roof rubber, worst of all when I sent a text to ask them to fix these issues, they pestered me for money for uncompleted work and I felt the pressure to pay, so I did. Then when I asked for them to come back and complete the job, they told me never to call back and the job was done.

Mac was great, really professional and knowledgeable in comparison to others. He has an eye for detail and very mindful of the work long term and not just in the moment. His communication was great and would leave me voice notes during the process so I knew exactly what to expect day to day. Everywhere was always clean and tidy and price was very reasonable as well. I would definitely recommend Mac and his team, we'll hopefully have the guys back to do more landscaping in future!
